This piece explores how the creative industry has adopted design choices typically associated with the construction and manufacturing industries, documenting a series of examples throughout the publication. The publication also puts emphasis on the user being part of its creation.
The publication is designed in a way that requires the user to piece together and construct it themselves, using blank wireframed pages as a formatting tool for the images to be overprinted onto. Each section has corresponding titles that lay between the topic spreads providing the title of the piece(s), information about the designer(s) and the release date, once combined in the correct order, the user can then hole punch the publication and bind using cable ties, allowing the publication to be made from home.
